Waited 3 hours for a car loan only to find out the car I am looking to purchase is too old. You would think this clear cut data would be in the brochures.
The changes they made to the branch offices, with the kiosk's and centralization have ruined the banking experience. Gone is any sense of privacy and the local connection. Now if I have to withdrawal any amount of money, I'm doing it in the open, in front of the other customers. In this age of PII and privacy protections, this change makes little sense.
very very poor service, I'm just trying to do some changes in my payment, they said it should be done in Baltimore office, Baltimore office call... it should be in the branch....finger pointing ... they dobt even have available number for the branch......very very poor
