Normal good service but tonight line was all the way to the other entrance door with only 1 register open waited 15 minutes just to order and 10 minute just to get 2 ice cream cones...... Order a ice cream cones and was complete jipt was so small...... Feel like I just wasted 30 minutes and my money
This place seems to always have some kind of issue in the drive thru. Inside employees/management are not friendly either. Handed out three people's orders that were after me before I got mine (and one was the same as mine).
My husband and I were waited on in good time. We enjoyed our visit and meal. My husband and I had blood work done today and I had to fast for 12 hours. I was very impressed by the timely manner in which we were served. We visited the store on tilghman road. This is our go to snack place just to grab ice cream or a drink. Wendy and Alan Fritch,. NOT a great experience. Made my order, waited and I wanted to eat in. A bag was set up on the counter and no one called my number. Seeing the bag number I picked it up. It was eat in and should have been on a tray. Waited many minutes later waiting for my sundae. Finally had to ask someone when I was getting my sundae. She never remembered until I said something. While I was waiting she was cleaning off the ice cream machine but never remembered to finish my order. Had to ask for a tray. Just so disorganized.
I love their shakes. My favorite is Vanilla.
