I hope that I can spare a grieving family from having to deal with extra headache. 9 months after using this company to funeralize, a family member we still do not have his headstone which was purchased and paid for prior to the services last December. The customer service and professionalism experienced while dealing with this was beyond disappointing and too much for any grieving family to bear. They keep telling us it's on the way with no further explanation. This very unsettling and unacceptable business practices. Hopefully, this spares another family from having to go through this.
