The one star I removed is for two small things. First, DO NOT PAY ONLINE. Their in-store system isn't connected to their online system so they cannot see that you have already paid. You will have to pay again before you leave. The second charge does drop off, but it's inconvenient and a huge oversight on their part. Second, but your own inserts for the shoes. They are the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn. I can barely walk the day after my wedding because the shoes hurt my feet so much. These aren't issues with the local store or staff though, just corporate issues.

The managers there are top notch and always willing to take time away from their positions to make sure a customer really gets a full experience at men's wearhouse.
Literally all I did for my wedding was plan the look online, go in for about 30 minutes to get fitted, then pick up the tux with about a 30 minute final fitting. So I only had to spend an hour of my time in the store for the whole thing. Doesn't get easier than that.
I went into Men's Wearhouse of Salisbury MD yesterday to purchase a suit. A family member had just passed and I needed formal wear because I had outgrown my other suit - I don't wear suits often. In a matter of about 30 minutes I was greeted, fitted, and out the door. We were lucky and after trying a few options were able to find a suit that fit me really well. After being measured they took the pants back and hemmed them immediately, even though they were booked with alterations. I can't thank them enough for how efficiently they ran things yesterday. Now I have a proper suit to pay my respects in. I highly recommend this place.
