Then I went shopping,and got ice cream later. Ice cream was ok, too. Soft serve, was like 3 stars.
My son and I went to Toy R Us for black Friday Eve. They opened at 5 and we arrived just before 6. There wasn't a crazy line out the door but there were a lot of people shopping as we're entered the store we were greeted with happy and smiling energetic employees, the store kinda if had a route set up to move the shoppers through in an orderly but also quick manner, the shelves were stocked and many employees were eagerly awaiting to answer any questions you may have. I would definitely go again on the pre black Friday that has taken over Thanksgiving night! My Son who is 10 was very excited to go as it was his first black Friday experience we both had great time and definetly return again next year. Keep up the great work Toys R Us!!!

It's ok. They had no carts when I was there. I thought about leaving, but then was like, 'no, frick you Toys r us, you don't win this time!'
Joanie the manager is the greatest. We had a question about a product and she was all over it. How nice it is to actually allow the manager to decide on the spot and move on. Absolutely terrific. Thanks!
Never fails...the phone is always left off the hook at this location. How hard is it to hang it up and help customers that are trying to call in for customer service???
