Women at the front desk was really nice. The wait was ridiculous. They act like their patients don't have other stuff going on in their lives. They make you come early so you can sit around and people who come in after you get seen before you.
this dentist office only will recieve four stars from me because i am very pleased with all the staff except for one lady in particular. im not 100% sure of her name but she is very rude! her desk is in the back corner & she was very rude with me on the phone and in person. however this office has one very friendly lady whose name i also cannot remember for i am bad with names. however she sits at the window for check in, she’s so very kind in person and over the phone. if they would just get rid of the other lady this office would be amazing.
Absolutely the best office. Staff is polite and caring. Providers are professional Nd friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I have been going to this office for years and never had a problem. I am one of those that is a chicken when it comes to going to the Dentist., however Dr. Poli has made it so easy for for me and so comfortable that I enjoy going. From the moment I walk in the door to sitting in the dentist chair, billing and the hygienist; everything always goes smooth and painless. If it stays the same I will never leave. Great job everyone!
I am quite happy with the dentist and especially the hygienists. However, I continue to be frustrated by the billing process. Though a patient for 2 years, I go through the same rigmarole every time since the office staff is unfamiliar with the benefits of Blue Cross/Blue Shield despite the fact they are a BCBS preferred provider. Please educate your office staff to avoid this hassle every six months.
