I went to sears for some xmas shopping and was surprised at all the discounted stuff they had.I ended up buying a lot more than I actually went there for and was kinda happy about it.
Making deliveries is so difficult I will not purchase from them again. They call 630 am the day of delivery to ask if they can deliver a damaged product. Unfortunately this isn't a one time occurance. Then they reschedule the delivery haphazardly and they is no way to change it by the one way text messages they send. This makes the headache much worse when you need to go through their phone tree to schedule it for a day that you can be there.

Lots of great discounts but limited selection of merchandise. Poor customer service. While trying to pay for purchases cashier was determined to get me to take out a different credit card. Transaction took forever to complete because she wouldn't shut up about a different card. Finally I had to be rude and tell her to just complete my transaction or I would shop elsewhere. There have been several other times when I needed help with something and I had to walk all over the store to find an employee who could help.
