I like shopping here , the employees are always coming up to me and ask if there's something they can help me with. There are always great bargains. Sometimes there are open box specials or sometimes clearance items or sometimes just a good sale. If they don't have something they can order it for you and have it shipped in no time combined with great website shopping I really like this place. However, I find The Geek Squad wanting. As a computer technician myself I find the ones that work here should not be offering some of the information or advice they offer. The advice they should be giving they don't and the advice they do give sometimes they shouldn't. If not for The Geek Squad I would give them a Solid 5 stars.
A young lady said she would be right back to help me, never came back. She had long curly blonde hair.
He also told that the only thing I need to do is to activate the phone in the country it is intended to use and never to put a sim card in it in the US. So we were not able not check if the phone was supporting sim cards that is non-US. I can not return the phone now because i will definitely not be able to catch up to the 14 day return time.

My all time favorite store. Great selection, great prices & helpful staff. I love ordering in-app then picking up at the store an hour later. A lot of times you can get products that aren't on the shelves yet like this.
One of the dumbs in that store sold me an iphone x guaranteing that the phone was unlocked and i can use the phone overseas with any sim card. However I came to Turkey but I have not been able to activate the phone with my sim card.
I can not say this was made on purpose. Otherwise i can say that best buy is full of under-educated disqualified morons who do not know what ''abroad'' and ''overseas'' mean because while searching the net to solve the problem I came across several same coincidences that best buy messed up.
