I have been with this insurance company 3 years now my policy got dropped once because I didn't give them my family's driver license info when I'm on a completely separate policy and I'm the only one driving the car not to mention every time I call to pay my bill I call about 5 times and nobody answers their phone so I have to go all the way across town to pay it... I am changing companies as soon as I'm able to I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and they keep letting me down...
