This place is awful...I picked my daughters comforter up and when I took it out of the bag it was still damp and smelled terrible. The musty smell of wet laundry tied up in a plastic bag stunk up the whole room. When I took it back they would not honor a recleaning and told me they would charge me again if I wanted cleaned. I said I just picked it up and it stinks like wet laundry and she said "you want in clean again I charge again. I will NEVER EVER go to smile cleaners that was my first and only time and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Ugh I'm so disgusted
had to actually iron everything, so what did i pay for?
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. They ruined a silk blouse. Completely and totally destroyed. The owner then became very defensive telling me it was bad quality (not true) that it was because it hadn’t been dry cleaned before (also false) and refused to do anything about the damage.
