Very helpful and patient. Lots of private questions at the front desk. The entire waiting room hears everything. Might be nice to have a separate area. I learned about everyone else's business while waiting.

They hire the most very WORSE people in the world to work with the public..It's like all they do is come to work to get their 8hrs in and do as little work as possible... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
