Sgt. Hickman is an idiot. He's full of himself and has an ego the size of Texas. This man is a total and complete jackass with the brain the size of a pea. Big muscles, small mind. Typical marine mentality in his treatment of the public.
My wife and I recently had our home burglarized. The feeling of being violated was second only to the feeling of loss. Deputy Brandon Scott was professional, courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond just taking a report and is a fine example of what a law enforcement officer should be.
Sheriff Lewis has an impressive background that includes extensive training with the FBI. He is a charismatic speaker who effectively uses video to illustrate the do's and don't of a traffic stop so his audience can easily grasp the importance of using the right techniques in a traffic stop. If your group is having an event and needs a speaker from Law Enforcement, I highly recommend Sheriff Lewis.
I recently attended a conference on Highway Safety and Sheriff Lewis was the keynote speaker. He gave a dynamic, informative and revealing presentation on the proper techniques used in traffic stops. He showed the audience four police videos of traffic stops, analyzing both the flaws and correct measures in the stops by law enforcement. The points articulated here by Sheriff Lewis can save lives. These talking points should be the blueprint for the training of law enforcement as it pertains to traffic stops.
Sergeant Hickman is awesome. My experience with him today showed that he is honest and tells it like it is. He stood up for my family and reinforced the fact that the police are willing to protect and serve above all else. He demonstrated great leadership skills and a willingness to get things done. I am truely thankful Sgt. Hickman took care of us today and there should be more police like him.
