Portion size is the #1 factor when choosing a Chipotle... Unfortunately this one has been lacking on that.
This has always been a favorite lunch spot for myself and several other zoo employees, but I recently inherited putting together our annual lunch and decided to give their catering a go. I really can't say enough about what a good experience it was. From being graciously accommodating about having it ready a few hours early to surprising me when a small army of employees came out to load everything in my car (during their lunch rush no less) so I didn't have to lift a finger. The "big spread" was a HUGE amount of food, had good variety and portions and added a unique DIY twist to our lunch that was a big hit.
I go into this location alot and the service is terrible. My last experience has helped make my mind up that I will not be returning to this location. The staff didn't have a clue and when I placed my order they didn't have certain things ready and when I asked how long it would be until it was ready not one person not even the manager could give me a straight answer.
For double chicken they put one and half spoon chicken and they were out of guacamole and also they were out of hot sauce I just cancel my order. Chipotle has a good food but stuff are so bad
