They've been very deceptive. And I just don't trust them at this point.
I called one day and asked if my son was there. I was told "I don't think so." Put on hold for multiple minutes and then told "oh yeah he's here." I asked to speak with and was told "um....yeah. Ok." They hesitated!
Bundles of joy's administration and teachers are very unprofessional! Their rules and discipline for students are inconsistent. The communication with parents is horrible. They change policies to suit their own needs as well as being really dishonest! Steer clear of any dealings with this center!
In conclusion, if you're a divorced parent, don't bother with this place. They're not capable of dealing with two parents, diplomatically.

My Son has been going to Bundles sporadically for over a year and half now. Recently my divorce was made final and my ex husband insists of using Bundles even though it is not convienent at no fault of theirs. It just doesn't work with my work schedule. I go into Bundles; where my Son goes. And request my son's attendance and/or contract showing how often he's going. Susan refused on multiple occasions telling me that I wasn't her client, my Ex husband was her client. It didn't matter that My son was going there or that I had shared custody of him. Before her multiple refusals, her office manager, Ryan lied to me about "having that info on his desk and emailing it that day."
