This has by far been the worst experience in dealing with a company of this nature. I called for 4 days before I got a return call. When I receive a return call the person on the other end was nothing but hostile at best. I was trying to assist my daughter in getting a copy of her medical records while doing an internship in another state. They also wanted me to put my debit card number on the email request and when I told her I wouldn't do that she told me that people do it all the time. I am sorry but I am not going to email you my debit card number. Yes I would be happy to call and give it to you verbally but I think because they do not normally answer the phone or return calls it would have been an inconvenience for her. So when I let her know that I was not appreciating her tone she hung up the phone on me. WOW .... so unprofessional and you are handling medical records?????
