Also I think there needs to be more than just one. It's supposed to be a quick deposit to avoid bank lines. Instead it's just as long as going in and standing in line.
The employees are nice. But I think it's time to upgrade to a new ATM. I've been using Bank of America for the last seven years. I have never seen such an old crappy machine. There is no reason it should take people twenty minutes to deposit cash into the ATM. Not only that but the touch screen barely works and you have to hit the screen like three times before it clicks what you want.
