I have been banking with fbow for years and today was my absolute worst experience with a bank teller ever. I was in the drive thru with a 125 dollar check and there were no deposit slips in the carrier. I waited patiently for a few minutes while the teller helped another customer in the other lane. After the customer left I continued to wait for her to greet me or tell me she would be with me in just a moment as they always have done. After she was done with whatever she had to do she just looked up at me and gave me a blank stare. She then rudely said can I help you. I said may I have a deposit slip please, so I sent the carrier back over to her with my check in it and she said back to me what do you want me to do with this check. I said I was 50 of it in cash and the rest in my checking account but I need a deposit slip first. She looked at me like I had two heads and rudely said again , so what do you want me to do with this check? At this point I was completely fed up with her attitude towards me so I said I'll make it easier for you so just give me back my check. I drove over to the tilgman road location to finish my transaction and had no problems at all. I wish I would have got the tellers name but she was a middle aged woman with puffy black hair and gave me the absolute worst customer service out of all my years of banking here. This is a great bank but Do not go to the parsons road location if you are looking for a great customer service experience!
