Friends who live in MD recommended Evolution to us and we just visited while vacationing in the OC area. Incredibly good brews and great food. We were there on Wednesday night when a random group of great bluegrass musicians get together and play. It was a very enjoyable evening and we will definitely do it again next year. Highly recommend it!!
I've been to Evo a handful of times since I moved to Salisbury a year ago and have yet to be disappointed. Great beers, nice atmosphere, enthusiastic servers and bartenders, and consistent food! Pricing is very fair for the quality of food and service provided. Keep an eye out for their events too, went to Brew Jam and it was killer! Looking forward to the oyster fest next month.
I asked him about it. He said "you want me to turn them off?" I said "yea" thinking that it would hurt less. ... ... .. then he turned the lights up, not off. Was the bartenders action out of spite? I dont know. The other bartender seemed frustrated. Maybe it was an off night. I hope I did not make them unhappy. Either way, I will not come back.
Tasting Room side is my favorite. Great bartenders. Public House side is great too if you want a nice dinner with a small or large group. Dinner specials are always tasty but Wednesday half priced pulled pork sandwiches with sweet potato fries is my go to. And to mix it up even more I love to get a beer outside and either the Crab Dip or Pretzel Sampler, that will hold you over for a while or you could share with a group. Yum!
AMAZING! The food we had here was so good! We got the pretzel and dip appetizer and the salmon special. The flavors were great and the food was hot and fast. Our waiter was very friendly and had worked there for several years so he knew all about the food and was able to answer all our questions. It's nice that they are open late. We will definitely eat here again.
Lights at bar flicker non-stop. Asked bartender about it. He said the've done that for years. Unfortunately It gave me a headache. I wondered why not fix it? Whatever.
