I bought a used 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from Delmarva about 3 months ago. The salesman was very nice and respectful and even offered to lower the price without having to haggle! I think his name was Mike, but I am horrible at remembering names. I do remeber that he was one of the owner's sons. He was by far the best vehicle salesman I've ever dealt with. No pressure to buy or any tactics, just a straightforward guy. The owner was a great down to the earth guy who was very nice and honest about the bike. The bike was in pristine condition and only had 1500 miles on it. They sold it to me for a steal. The buying process was quick and painless and they were very accommodating. His other son I remeber was the mechanic who showed me all the details of how to operate and maintain the bike. He was very nice and patient with questions(this is my first motorcycle.) All in all, this place is a great family operated dealership with very nice and respectful people. I was suspicious for them selling such a great bike for so cheap, but I've already put over 3000 miles on the bike without a single problem. This is the best dealership experience I've ever had. Even know I live about 3 hours away, I hope to be a lifetime customer. I know where I'm going when I'm looking for my next bike! Thanks for taking mercy on a newbie Delmarva!
