Tim was great! The process was pretty painless, he put me in the GMC I wanted and stayed with me the entire process.
My problem is this... You make an appointment weeks out for work to be done. I drop my vehicle off the night before so they can get an early start for work that should take half a day. I call them at around 1:30 PM and they ask if they can keep it until the next day because they haven't even started on it! This isn't the first time this has happened to me. The next day I NEED my vehicle by noon and I feel that I have to get snippy to make this happen. Not to mention the cost for work is high. One thing I had them do was replace a TPMS and I provided the part. They had my vehicle for a recall so I figured why not let them do it. They charged $50 and Pep Boys will do it for $25 so that won't happen again. I just honestly feel that if I need to take my vehicle there for work that I feel like I am about to get ripped off.
The front office gentleman is always exceptionally courteous and provides one on one attention to the customer. He also follows through. I am also pleased with the work. The only con is that the expense far exceeds area businesses for even simple tasks like changing a tire or a battery.
SHADY DEALERSHIP !!! They advertised a car with a price on the internet and then could not sell us the car for that price. They stated that the price shown was a "mistake". They should have honored the price shown. The general manager didn't seem to care that we were unhappy over the issue so apparently they did not need our business. Not the best customer service !!
Avoid at all costs. Went for a repair charged me $500 to replace a battery cable. Didn't fix problem. Did not refund money.
