I needed to have maintenance done on my car and I needed to get a rental car, so that I wouldn't be stuck at the dealer all day waiting on my car to get finished. The service department at the dealer made a reservation for Enterprise. I was given a pick-up truck (which was fine), but the fact that it smelled like a smokers bar on the inside was horrendous to say the least. I'm not a smoker and I found it totally disgusting from the odor and the fact that this was supposedly all that they had available at the time. I asked if there was anything else available again, I was told no, initially. I was told were two other vehicles that were on reserve one being a large Tahoe or Denali SUV and the other being a Ford Focus. So when I asked about the large SUV, I was told no, but was offered the Ford Focus. I stated that the Ford Focus was not sufficient nor equivalent to the type of vehicle that I currently drive. I asked that question about having a vehicle the same size or larger for my rental when the reservation was being made. It was confirmed that I would have it. Welp, of course that wasn't the case. I didn't have time to sit and wait, due to having made arrangements. So the rep offered to spray some deodorizer in the truck to help alleviate the smell. It was ok at first, but the smell came back. Before leaving I was asked if I wanted to come back later (around 11 and I said no) or that I was going to be called about 11 am when some other vehicles arrived, in which a called was never received. The service that I received at this particular location was sub-par. When it came time to return the vehicle, the person took the keys and drove it around back, came back into the office, gave me my paper and sent me on my way. This was my first rental at this location and there is a STRONG possibility that it was my last. I used to rent from Enterprise (different locations) a long time ago and now I see why I stopped. I don't know how this could be fixed, but something needs to be done.

They have always met the expected level of customer service I have come to expect. They adapt. Good job.

Yesterday, my car's AC died on and I had to leave it at a Subaru dealer and get a rental for the weekend. The dealer suggested this Enterprise. Mike was fabulous – he picked us up promptly, was helpful and engaging, and made the process quick and painless. I would rent from this Enterprise (and hopefully Mike, who we really enjoyed) again!
