Tristan was a great inspector. He was friendly and helped to get my car running again. I called AAA and the expected arrival time was about an hour, but Tristan was arrived about a half hour earlier. Great service, would recommend.

I do not have a roadside assistance service and I locked my keys in my trunk a few weeks back. They were quick and prompt. I was in my car within 45 minutes. Everyone else I called, told me it would be 1-2 hours. Grant's Service Center was expedient, courteous, and kind.
Got a flat tire, Called AAA and they told me it would be about an hour Tristan was there 20 minutes earlier than what i was expecting. Got the spare on faster than ive ever seen it be done, all while diagnosing the alignment issues. Tristan was very friendly and professional which led to me giving Grants my business the next day and couldn't of been more pleased with the service and pricing on parts and labor. Not to mention everything was taken care of in a timely manor.
A few hours later, on the same day, I locked myself out of my vehicle again. It was just one of those days for me. I called them right back and they provided me with the same excellent service that they had provided the first time. Once again they were quick, timely and very good - natured. I even received a discount on the second vehicle lock-out service they provided - something that Grant's Service Center did not have to do. I thank them very much for their benevolence..
Awesome inspector and super friendly staff! I was more than pleased with my service at Grant's! They inspected two cars for me. They were honest with me about what both cars needed and didn't try to take advantage of me. I decided to have them make the repairs right there. They turned both cars around very quickly. The staff were friendly and made me feel like I'd always been a customer. I highly recommend using them for inspections because it was a quick and painless experience and everything was thoroughly explained through the whole process. Grant's now has a new customer!
