The clean the cars very well here and they also wipe them down and they look great I would recommend this place to anyone it's in Seaford.
Absolutely not worth the $$$. I'll stick with going to Easton for my car washes. Never again will I go here.
Well this place sucks. Trying not to be mean but it's the truth. You guys are lazy, we paid 4 extra dollars to get the trunk vacuumed and you barley did it. We had blankets in the back of our vehicle and you guys did not even bothered to vacuum under them. We ask you to vacuum the seats but that did not get done either. I can could keep going down the list but I'm not. PS take a field trip to university car wash to see how it's done.
Pretty confident my debit card was stolen out of my car last Monday...I really thought I had just misplaced it in my home, but it was used yesterday in Salisbury Boscovs (I don't even live near Salisbury ...drove to Salisbury for a car wash!)
I had a mini detail and tipped the gentleman really well...its a shame he couldn't have been honest and handed me my debit card he found in my car!
NEVER AGAIN...AND I WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT SOFT TOUCH HAS A THIEF ON THEIR HANDS!!
I asked him to vacuum between the seat and console .... nope! They cleaned the floor mat and then just threw it right back in there - the wrong way and upside down! No one was very friendly. No one had a smile on their face.
They never vacuum my trunk (3 times now) even though that's part of the service. They have also actually left my car dirty on the outside the past 2 times as well. The people there are awesome but the service sucks! They also make you feel like tipping is necessary!!
