Though what really earned this one-star review is after getting the car back I noticed the entire trunk was scratched and deeply scratched off the paint in some areas by the "friction car wash"
That’s a part of business. Not sure how he’s gotten away with this for so long but I will be making it a goal to shut his business down since he can’t pay up
I was told to follow up in 48 hours if I hadn't heard from Chad which I did.
My friend came here and his car was damaged. Here is his story:
In my time my car was being washed I noticed 90% of the employees were getting high ripping "THC DAB OIL PENS" they're discreet they look like E-cigarettes
After getting my car back it was pretty clean. The vacuum job wasn't the best and I even paid extra to have the trunk vacuumed
The normal person wouldn't know the employees are getting high
It is a good place to get a quick wash. Wipe down is decent. No one pressures you to purchase a more expensive wash, however prices are already kinda expensive. The people that work there really put in a hard day. Great to get that salt from under your auto after a snow fall, or to clean that irritating pollen or bugs from you car. They usually do a great job, but to make it affordable you should purchase a coupon book. They offer great discounts via text on your cell phone. Spin the wheel for even more savings. ..
They were getting high in customers cars while cleaning them
"Don't use this car wash unless you are okay with your car being damaged in the "cleaning" process I took my car in last week for a car wash.
Due to this I will be taking Legal Action as well as making sure I do my part to warn and kill the lifeline of his business...
I returned to University Car Wash and spoke to Assistant Manager Seth
It wasn't until a week later Chad finally called
Chad wanted to deny responsibility.
And was trying to beat around the bush saying the damage can't be proven
I don't normally use non touchless car washes...as I've known them to do damages to cars, but I took the risk on University Car Wash.
Owner brushed it off and tried to say I couldn’t prove he caused the damages
But the car was freshly out of body shop so I have documented images of the cars status. PERFECTLY CLEAN NO SCRATCHES ANYWHERE....
I give high tips for good service and they get their $20 -30 (each guy) tip everytime I go
& keep in mind this isn't a Honda or a Toyota this is a new Mercedes so I was very upset

Took my car here for a wash. Employees were getting high on the job and in customers Cars. My brand new Mercedes was returned to me damaged and heavily scratched from their washing equipment
Legal action is being taken and I recommend not doing business with them as their owner can’t own up to his responsibilities as a business owner and take losses when he has too.
