Doctor is great. This is the second time I have been here and waited forever. Today I was 15 minutes early and had to sign a paper about being late to appointments. Nothing wrong with that. But when I am still sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment time, I feel that is just crazy. I literally have never left a review for anything. I have a schedule to keep for the kids and I allow so much excess time within reason. Well, that excess is long gone. Terrible wait times.
Jessica and her staff are awesome and she gives every patient the time they deserve. Sometimes that means that I may have to wait a few extra minutes for my appointment, but I know that she will give me the time I need to discuss my health without me feeling rushed out like my last doctor's office. Jessica cares about her patients and that is not something I can say about other practices. I love Chesapeake Family Practice!!
