unprofessional unacceptable service! they took my order to be delivered on a specific date, then call me 3 hours before they close to tell me it can't be delivered until the next day. What kind of business guarantees what it can't deliver?! very disappointed and will not be ordering from this store again.
A bit disappointed, when i asked if they could deliver the arrangement today, I was told yes, after 2:00, I advised them my daughter worked until 4:00, and, that is where it was being delivered, they said no problem. It arrived at 4:01 as she was ready to walk out the door. She didn't even get to enjoy the nice surprise for her 16th birthday. Thank you
