She told me she was not at the shop but took my order. I said to her my sister was in the hospital and I needed something colorful and bright to cheer her up. Kathleen then said she was going to the shop to make up my order and deliver it to my sister . (I said no it can wait until tomorrow but Kathleen would not take no for a answer)
