I love Regal Nails! They always do beautiful work when I get my nails done. They take their time and know what they are doing.
If there Was a 0 rating I'd give it. I am UPSET! It took me FOUR MONTHS to grow natural nails. I go to WALMART thinking that being inside this establishment it would be a reputable place. I went to have gel put on my 1/2 inch NATURAL nails, and repair ONE nail which was broken. The guy kept saying "yes yes" to my request, and before I could respond he cut two, so ended up CUTTING OFF ALL MY $%^&^%$ NATURAL NAILS!!!! AND STILL CHARGED ME for a manicure (I didn't color my stumps, can do that at home)! No discount, no offer of a full set to fix length, just my finger stumps! Just an "I solly". I have NEVER been biased, I am of mixed race... but here I draw the line... I have no problem with them communicating amongst themselves in their language of preference.... but when you do not know what the HELL any customer requests, you should not work there, point blank! I will NEVER EVER go to another oriental place again! EVER!
Let me start off by saying that it's been a while since I last got my nails done and this was the last place I had them done at. I went in today at about 1130am. There was only one customer there at the time and she was already being helped. So I sat and waited for someone to help me. About five minutes later and no help, a lady came in and they helped her right away. Nothing was even said to me. I see other nail techs so I thought one of them was going to help me. Two more people come in and they help them right away. At this point it's almost noon and I have not even been talked to. Once 12 came around I get ready to leave and I am finally addressed. They do my nails and ask what I want and I showed them two photos of ideas I had. I got moved from one tech to another before they even finished filing my nails. While my nails did not turn out as I had planed, I do like the color for the most part. But after getting home is noticed that my nails are not even consistent. My thumb nail is not even at all, I had jagged edges on some of them and gel nail polish that was not cleaned up from when she smeared it. Not worth the 35$ I paid. All I asked for was red, black and silver nails. Will be looking for a new place to go for nail needs.

I have never had a problem with them. I’ve gone to Jimmy consistently for two years and have been treated lovely by every single person. Affordable price, great quality, kind staff. I’ve had my current nails on for a month and they’re still perfect.
