While things at CBH can get a little hectic, it's never been worse than your average doctor's appointment in my experience. The staff are patient and understanding, the handling is expertly done, and they capably hold a necessary balance between professional and friendly. A wonderful facility overall.
I wouldn't even bother with this place. It's very chaotic and unorganized.
