Customer service is as low and terrible as any customer service could ever possibly be. From the way they answer the phone to the help of the Management. I HIGHLY recommend if you are closer to the Rehoboth Beach location or the Ocean City location that you go to either of those instead. Worst experiences ever. After this purchase is complete (been going on for THREE MONTHS now) I will never go back! I never leave a bad review for a company. I always allow people to make situations right. This location is embarrassing.
** Update** I switched my rating from a 1 star to a 2 star because shortly after my post, I received a call from a manager who could actually leave a professional voice mail and is attempting to rectify the situation by getting the piece from another local store.... This is still happening THREE MONTHS later...
