I rented a chain saw from here on a Saturday to use Sunday afternoon. We could not get it to run. When I took it back Monday morning, I was told as soon as the manager gets in I will be called. He called, we discussed what had happened, he was very understanding saying from now on before equipment like this leaves his place the person renting has to start it themselves. He credited my charge back to my card. Thank you rental equipment for doing what was right!!!
