This is a terrible office to work with – long waits and zero customer service when it comes to appointments and surgery. Expect to wait no less than an hour in this waiting room for your scheduled appointment; we were told they were squeezing in last minute appointments. When it came time to schedule surgery, it was scheduled nearly two months ahead at which time we were given a surgery time. Closer to the date of surgery, that time continued to be pushed back by the doctor’s office. It was impossible to arrange a ride to and from the office (due to anesthesia) because the scheduled surgery time kept being pushed back, not to mention the hour and a half needed to drive to Salisbury. When we called the doctor’s office to request a set time for planning/arrangement purposes, we were told they could not accommodate our schedule, that they were putting others ahead on the schedule, therefore pushing our surgery back. We decided to cancel surgery with this doctor’s office and take our business elsewhere, to a doctor and office that don’t put patients on the back burner.
My daughter has been a pt here since she was 3. They have always been very thorough and I credit them for her being able to breath and hear adequately. Yes, the wait time can at times be lengthy, but this is no different than any other medical office. 99% of the staff are always friendly. Dr. Kelley has performed 2 surgeries over the past 9 years on her, both of which have made a world of difference. I have no complaints.
This place like most medical facilities is designed to legally rip you off. All I needed was an allergy test, it took 4 visits and $2,000+ to get straight! My appointments with the "doctor" were awkward because he had NO reason to be meeting with me. I was asked a few questions and told to go schedule an appointment for the testing? After 2 days of testing I am apparently "allergic" to everything I eat on a daily basis. The technician had some BS answer to how that could be possible and then in my "follow-up" appointment the doctor regurgitated the same lines and hand me my results which i already had immediately following the tests. Be careful of excessive and unnecessary appointments. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
