Scheduled an appointment a few days ago for today, Sat. April 8. An 8am-12noon window was given. It is now 11:58am as I write this. Just got off the phone with "Sherry?" Apparently, the number I gave was not working, most likely because I never gave a number when I scheduled (it was an old one on file).

THEY SUCK. They never show up on time and when they do the work is less then perfect.
BEWARE. EXPENSIVE AND SOME PART ARE CHEAP DO NOT HOLD UP THEn tHEYCHARGE A DISPATH FEE EVEN AFTER THEY "GUARANTEE" THEIR WORK.
No apology, no acknowledgement, nada. I've wasted my entire morning waiting for nothing. Now I have to wait another hour and a half until the plumber is done with the call he is currently on.
