Well I go from Monday all the way till Friday August 4th I received a call from Human Resources saying that my safety training has been cancelled by this very "special lady" and there are no open positions available. I called this special lady back and told her that I was sensing a form of retaliation they said no it wasn't and then later on in the conversation she decided to put me on speaker phone with two other HR members. This special lady later on in the conversation told me that I'm lucky that they didn't fire me for job abondament (referring to when I decided not to go work on Monday and decided to talk to HR with the issues I was having with the supervisor that had harassed me and called me a dumb f$&@ and more names than you can believe that I had left out, but yet I decided to go to the job site on Monday but decided to not go with that supervisor, and HR was well informed of that.

Yet this supervisor is still working and getting paid. WHILE IM LUCKY THAT I DIDN'T GET FIRED FOR JOB ABOMDAMENT INSTEAD MY TRAINING WAS CANCELLED AND THERE ARE NO JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR ME AT THE COMPANY, thnx I sure did find a four leaf clover didn't I?

On august 1st I get a call from HR saying I need to get my papers filled out so I can get paid, and they can have me cut grass in the mean time while they figure out what crew to put me on. I fill out my paper work and then they just kick me to the curb and send me home with no work. After that I give a very special lady In HR a call and ask her what I'm suppose to do with my bills her response is we hired you from a temp job and this job is full time (i'm thinking ok you hired me for 50 cents more but you're not supplying me with any work), and I have to wait to get "proper training" before I am sent out. Meanwhile it would of been no problem for me to leave Monday and go right back out with that supervisor, and now Im not getting paid. This very special lady told me that I have "safety training" class set up for the 10th and 11th. I'm like ok cool safety training nice can't wait to get paid again.

On July 31st I get to the job site on Monday after being up at 330am I am there at 455 expecting to see the supervisor there he doesn't pull up until 503 (Remind you I am a very punctual person, three minutes late no big deal but I could see this whole situation happen on repeat again) I tell him that I am not going to be able to make it to the job site today I have important stuff to do, so he ask me to at least help him load up material, I help him and go to Human Resources later on that day and tell them the vast majority about this situation.

During my career spanning over thirty years, I have worked in a variety of environments. Delaware Elevator’s Management team is head and shoulders above the competition. I am proud to be a part of Delaware Elevator’s Team. One of the highest compliments I have ever received came from a client. I began telling the client all about our elevator services and products we provide as well as that we travel and ship equipment all over the world. He replied with great surprise, “ You provide such great and personal service that I thought Delaware Elevator was a small company.”

Most dedicated and family like co-workers ever. But that's not it....Many of the GC's and Inspectors I work with are dedicated and building great relationships with them has made projects that much more enjoyable to be a part of!

On July 26th I quit a very good company you know the one that treated you right but there was only one downfall it was a seasonal job with three months left. I received this offer to work for some elevator company in Salisbury, Maryland that wanted me right away I was a little sketched out but they said they had a full time position available for me which I thought it could possibly make a good career opportunity or a good story. So I started and drove a rig for them to College Park Maryland. This rig had so much rust spots that you can see the ground, through the cab I'm not over exaggerating. Once I had arrived at the hotel, I had to take drug test and physical which I passed it was an instant drug test and the physical was good for two years (Shows you what type of person I am). The supervisor was waiting for me in the company truck while I was getting this drug test and physical. Once I was done he was drinking a beer in the company truck figured he was a chill dude...Well have you ever seen Family Guy this was Peter Griffin from animation to human form just a little older....I'll skip the details about the unsafe and alcoholic supervisor that had harassed me and called me a f%#%, and many more unprofessional names, and tell you about the HR department which is pretty much my conclusion since all of my characters cannot be posted

They even put their customers in dangerous situations, thats why they took off their facebook reviews because they dont want people to know that.
