I believe those charges should be discussed before being taken out of deposit.
I have only just recently moved into a Fairfax Property but the experience so far is the best I have ever had. They make the move in process so simple and the house is gorgeous. I highly recommend Fairfax to everyone who wants a awesome home renting experience.
As a parent, I was very disappointed that they charged my son and his housemates to replace a rug in the living room that was no worse then when he arrived. In addition to repainting all bedrooms that were in good shape. They didnt tell us they were doing this, just took it off the deposit. For the rent they charge, isnt it feasible that normal wear and tear should be covered by Fairfax properties?

I dont see where theres been any problem. She acts on demand to whatever we may need be done which is very helpful you won't get that everywhere.
