I rented a home from Insley rentals and have lived to regret it since. They are liars and crooks. These guys were entering my home without my consent. They were constantly harassing. I even had to change the locks on my house to deter them from entering my home.. Which they did once when I was exiting the shower. I couldn't take the harassment and what they were putting me and my children through so I moved out. After many court appearances and several thousand dollars later they are out of my life. Funny I notice that same house I rented on the market for rent all of the time. Horrible people. Years later now and they still can't keep a tenant!!

These guys really suck, old racist people, will charge you and arm and a leg for something insignificant
Going through Insley Rentals was really a nice experience. As a young adult attending SU I felt Rick Insley really took time and effort to get to know me and my circumstances. The only reason I'm not renting from them now is because of CITY laws that prevent me from living with two other people in a two bedroom.
