Great place. The food was very good. I only had a burger, but it was well made. Fries were fantastic. Decent beer options. The wait staff tries very hard to ensure you have a good experience, had us sample beers when we weren't sure. Will return when In Salisbury again.

Sobos is hands down a top competitor for the best restaurant in town. The staff are all great, friendly and polite with a deep understanding of the amazing food, great wine and tasty beer. Lewis, the general manager goes above and beyond to ensure his stall is well equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide the best service possible. The food is well worth the price, following a deep farm-to-table ethic that is unique to the area. Dining at sobos is truly a treat and will leave a lasting impression on your culinary endeavors.
Exceptional and professional service, great atmosphere, and delicious meal. Blackened Salmon with rice and sauteed spinach was amazing. Great thank you to our server who was taking care of us. Will recommend this place.
I had the Blackened Salmon with Jasmine rice and sauteed spinach. Cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Service was excellent (Jenna). Definitely worth a try!
