Last time I went for maintenance it took 3-4hours. I made an appointment beforehand. They forgot to reset the oil change notification. Don't think I'll go there next time.
The worst car buying experience I have ever encountered ! Will never go back there again, just to hear the jingle makes me nauseous !

Sherwood if Salisbury is hands down the best dealership in America, Bruce and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to help with about anything. Clean facilities and restrooms and friendly service department. I recommend this chain to anyone!!!
Best experience with a dealership I've ever had. Never once felt pressured or obligated. Dom was awesome- very helpful and honest. He showed us hospitality the whole time and was very patient with our restless 22 month old, offering her coloring books and crayons. Love my new car and all the perks that come with buying from Sherwood. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
