I dealt with Marquise and wanted a specific trim level truck at a certain price. Other dealers literally told me "good luck with that" and let me walk out the door. Marquise answered all my questions about the vehicles, was very responsive and worked to get me the truck i wanted at the price i wanted. He also never gave any misleading info or the typical sales rhetoric "what do you want your payment to be". I live 6 miles from a dealer that couldn't sell me anything after going in there 3 times. Sherwood is 3 hours away and did everything over email and delivered the truck! Boom, done, that's how you gain a customer!
The most lazy, rude staff EVER! I thought car dealerships were in the market to sell cars! Between being told it was above their pay level and the vaping lounge/showroom, I will NEVER go back! How unprofessional!
