Ask for Bunk. He is not pushy and listens to what you really want. My wife and I went in saying there was no way we would take a Kia Soul and both left with 2 brand new ones. Bunk stayed with us the entire day, from deciding on what we really wanted, to the financing. He gave us plenty of room to look around but was always there if we had questions. He didn't even pass us off like usual when it came time to financing. He sat with us and made us feel at home.
Took a car to have the airbag light turned off. They hooked it up to the scanner and said it needed a 700 dollar part in the seat. Still didn't turn the light off, hooked it back up to the scanner and said it needed another 500 dollar part. Each time charging a diagnostic charge. Paid them $1500 plus only to find out they broke my hood cable, the bad thing is the tech took it apart and the service dept. didn't even inform me about it. I wouldn't let these jokers put AIR in my bicycle tire.
The salesperson's we're very friendly. Bunk was very helpful. He walked us through the Kia we were looking at and was not pushy at all. It was snowing the night we were there but that did not deter him.
