Today was the second time I dealt with this business. I will never consider anyone else to work on my car around here. Both times Ive needed work, I've called around. Other businesses are so rude and make me feel so stupid because I'm a female. C&c treats me with respect and comfort. They aren't in it for the money, I feel they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you thank you thank you. I will definitely be coming back.
I had them order a part for me, and they said that they would call when it arrived. The I called a week later, and they mentioned that the part had not arrived. Then after not hearing anything I called them, and left a message. Then I called again today, and was told that the part was sent back. They stated that I was suppose to have dropped my car off while I was out of town. This was not the agreed upon. The owner told me that I was out of luck, that I would have to buy the part and they would install it. I stated that that wasn't enough, and he told me not to mess with him. He used some inappropriate language. I asked if it was a threat which he stated yes. He said that He knew where I lived and my tag number, and that I shouldn't mess with him. This is the worst experience with a mechanic that I have ever known of. If I had to put less stars on this review I would.
