Fender bender over a year ago and my car is still not fixed...had my car for over a month just to put on a bumper and they used the wrong part! I have no clue about bodywork but I would've done a better/cheaper job in less time! Don't take your car here!!!
They are a little shy on dealing with customers. Need to take more time and explain things. Tone of voice on phone is one of someone who doesn't care
I asked for jumper cables and more then willing to come get them and they wanted to act like a jerk.. asking who I was... they didn't have to be ignorent and just tell me they don't lend out stuff for a person in need.
