Safelite Autoglass exceeded my expectations with their service. I was nervous since I had never had an insurance claim on my vehicle glass before and was concerned that it would take a long time to get it fixed. However, my claim was handled very quickly and Safelite made the experience easier than I knew was possible! Not only did they send me an email letting me know when to expect their technician, they also gave me his name, etc. so I would know who to look for but he also called to confirm what time he would arrive. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Thank you Safelite and thank you David.. you did a wonderful job!

I had a stone hit my windshield and submitted a claim through my auto insurer. Safelite was a preferred service provider. I was extremely satisfied with their service! They came to my work and replaced the windshield, which was found to have a small (almost unnoticeable) blemish right in the driver's side line of sight. The blemish was identified by the Safelite technician, who offered to replace it under warranty, free of charge. The initial replacement was made on a Friday afternoon, and the warranty replacement was made on the following Monday. Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional, and explained the repair work and warranty clearly. I would recommend them without reservation.
All I can say is get another Safelite dealer to fix your windshield! Would not stand behind their mistake. I had to go to corporate. If you have to use the Salisbury MD office watch them carefully. I had to go to corporate for satisfaction.
