I've never had someone do my outside windows but due to a shoulder injury I had to take the plunge. The online person Kim was helpful with all my questions as well as Jay the Service Manager who came out to bid the job. Nathan the tech was such a nice young man. He was right on time and was very efficient and friendly. He did a great job not only all the outside windows, but I also needed two story high windows done in the great room as well as several very large mirrors that sat too high for me to do. He did a perfect job on them. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and I would definitely use them again.
