My family been going here for a long time. We never had a problem. I left Dr Vel a message to call me and he called me twice i' m sorry I missed his call. I would recommend this place because they will address your issues.
The front desk is horrible. Rude and never answer the phone. I've now gone two weeks without my medication cause they never return my calls. I will be looking for a new doctor. Which is sad cause the doc himself is awesome. But the front is just terrible.

At one point, everyone in my family went here. Now, none do. Rude front desk, horrible service. PAs farm you out to specialties needlessly for simple problems because they're too overworked to care. The only perk is their hospital admitting privileges.
