My experience with Dr. Rano, both in response to an "emergency" referral due to toxic chemical exposure and in a followup visit was very, very good. I would give him a 5-star rating, but for the fact that attempts to call him regarding an upcoming appointment have failed and reaching his number (which is not listed with the phone company) results in hearing a recording saying that it is no longer a working number. If he has moved or quit his practice, he did not notify me, one of his patients. And that is very, very bad. I have to believe that, for some reason, which is probably not favorable to him, he has moved on or is no longer in practice. If this is wrong, I would like to know about it because, otherwise, he seems like a good doctor.
Wonderful place! I took my daughter there today for an appt. Everyone was kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and weclomed, and you're in and out in no time. I would gladly recommend to anyone.
