The time spent was minimal and swift. Shoe fittings were wrong and I had to return two times. My insurance was charged both times even though it was their mistake. Not right. All about the money.
Dr. Cypher is always kind and is very knowledgeable. He takes his time to make sure you fully understand any diagnosis he has made. I can't express enough how genuine his caring personality is. The only thing I can say that is negative is the wait time. At times I've been in the waiting room for a a few minutes been taken back and immediately seen other times I've sat minutes in the waiting room and in the room to be seen for 45 minutes once was longer. I believe that this speaks to the level of patient care that Dr. Cypher gives to each person though.... But it can be so frustrating as all of us know. I've recommended this office to others with my testimony that this Dr is great and really cares.
