Horrible lens work, the focal point was almost 1/4 inch to the left, on my left lens. The young man there tool my complaint personally. I ask for a refund, so he left me sitting in the chair while he fitted glasses to other customers.
When I checked the Corp office web page, Its clear the Co has problems
Always bought glass here. Had a defect in lens w/ last pair, but loved from and kept going back for adjustments. New Glasses: came back w/ lens one bifocal higher than the other. Went back for two adjustments and on the third try decided I needed a different pair. The Prada's just weren't working.
Picked out a pair of RayBans. Seemed nice. Not very comfortable when I got them. Wore them for work and paid for transitions. They only had a very very light tint when going out side, not like the Coaches I had from them from a few years ago. These RayBans actually hurt. I hate them. I'm stuck w/ them. I just can't keep driving 40 minutes every week to get the glasses right. She said to come back again, I'm done! I'll keep them and move on. When you go there, don't feel imitated. Take your time, get what you want. Ask for a "Pam" she is really nice. It's not the workers, it's the factory who makes these glasses. I won't go back any more.
