I've tried contacting them numerous times and e-mailed them with specific questions and no one has ever contacted me back. It's been going on for a few months. I give up! Is anyone even working there?
I've got a real problem with finegan. He and his staff never helped me with any of my problems. My parents took me there as a kid when we all needed family counseling. Instead of trying to help, finegan just tried to scare me into conforming to a situation he knew nothing about. He never even asked about the situation or did anything to understand what was really going on. I went a couple other times as an adult and never got any benefit. finegan just treated me as a way to make money and displayed no therapeutic skills in dealing with me.
