I have read some of the negative reviews and they would make you think this was not a good place to go for quick medical treatment. I have been there many times for myself, my husband and my children, as well as doing DOT physicals. I do not mind waiting, I came to a clinic, I expect to be seen when it is my turn. Sometimes they are busy, sometimes not. Sort of a no brainer. The care I have received has always been pleasant and thorough. And my illness has been treated, from needing meds to having ears cleaned out to x-rays. I have never found anyone to be unpleasant, but I try to be very respectful of their time and work load. They provide a service and I have nothing negative to say. I will go again when needed. And I recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Tanya was able to diagnose my dad's asthma no one else could. She is sweet and super patient. .... Dr. Ford figured out my mom's condition that no other doctors were able to figure. He was extremely knowledgeable. I had her there for a completely different issue due to cold while he figured on the side why was she having constant spinning of the head and miraculously treated her. He was very sweet too!
I always take my parents to this location, because they have the two best doctors I have ever taken them to. Dr. Tanya was great! and Dr. David Ford was amazing as well.
Emergency care clinics can't regulate the waiting time. It is simply ridiculous to complain about this!!!
Dr. Hanna just act like she didn't give a F bout me losing my license. No 3 months(DOT PHYSICAL) to let me right with Dr. on sleep test and possibly Diabetes. I'm not disqualified. So how the F am I to pay for any of this if I'm unemployed????? How she feel if I told her she was fired because he breath smelled like the ass end of a mule?
People should stop complaining about waiting time. You always wait even in the clinics with appointments.
Took son here early Sunday morning for high fever, headache, cough, and fatigue. Tested positive fire flu. Staff was excellent. Kind and friendly from check in to check out. Really listened to us. Was there an hour and a half but grateful to be seen on a Sunday.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They also followed up with me the next day when I requested an antibiotic change. I would not hesitate to return.
